Shame it's such a dull bloody match.  Okay, not as bad as last night, but not as exciting as i'd hoped.

Brazil v France should be a walk over.

Bummer for Spain...  I was really hoping they'd wax france.

Yes, now I'm cheering for Brasil, I hate to say it.  DS had a great futebol coach last year from Brasil.  I guess I could cheer on behalf of him..  that I could do...

Surely you can cheer for England now your boy Hargreaves is doing so well?

Sorry - i only meant cheering for Brasil in the B-F game..

I haven't decided who I want to win the WC although if England plays a good game against Portugal and they don't descend to the level we saw with the Dutch game, then I will be all over them.  And yes, I want England to win that match.

I still think it will be the refs who will win the tournament..

And yes, we're chuffed that Hargreaves is doing so well - well relieved!!  He's done really, really well for himself AND England!  Amazing that he has now become the spokesman for the team.  Well done Owen!  I still think he looks like a hockey player though!

I'm actually quite happy.  That means no more hearing about WAGS and how they spend their time in Germany.  Also, I'm sick of hearing commentators speak of Wayne Rooney as he was the next Jesus Christ.

Well, even though it might've cost England the win, I'm glad they threw Rooney off for doing something completely childish.  He just proved everything I thought about him!

What a way to go...I'd rather they lost properly, to a good goal by the Portuguese in regulation.

Yep... I HATE penalties!  All that skill and work out the window, to come down to a kick.   :(

say what you will, but the portugese keeper had mad skills during the PK's.  it's more than just a guessing game, and he had a touch on all of the shots that were taken.  He almost saved everyone

Should be a long season for Rooney in Manchester, his a$$ won't be coming home to a heros welcome, that's for sure.

No skill required when the penalties from Lampard, Gerrard and Carragher were basically kicked at Ricardo..

not that Im a sore loser but what do you think will happen when that little baby Ronaldo comes back to Man U and has to face Rooney in training? Rooney was well out of order it's true but Ronaldo is such a cry baby to point it out to the ref's who prob saw Rooneys actions anyway.

No doubt; I certainly wouldn't argue that.  That goalkeeper was amazing, whether the kicks were a big challenge or not.

But I still hate penalties!  :(
