Two things you are happy about today/

1) Less than fifty days until a return trip to the UK!

2) Going to have a lovely dinner with a friend tonight.

1.) Finding a gift in my desk drawer from a co-worker

2.) The cats letting me sleep in.

1.  It's the weekened and the weather isn't crappy!

2.  Next week is a short week for US Gov't workers!

1. It's almost Monday 

2. It's not snowing!

1.  Getting a pretty good night's sleep and feeling good.

2.  Talking to DH on the phone.   

1. I think I found the perfect Xmas gift for both of my little sisters.

2. The middle sister just emailed me with nifty news.

Found the perfect coat for the nine year old in Tammy. 

My teenager made us all Nachos. 

1)  Cooking and eating breakfast together w/ my husband and kids on the weekend.

2)  Walking the puppy!

1. An approved English passport for Griffin arrived today

2. Booking our trip to Disneyland Paris next week

1.  Finding the absolutely perfect green velvet vintage coat to wear to all my Christmas parties this winter.

2.  Seeing a great movie and having a pint at a pub alone, and then meeting 2 friends to see the lovely fireworks at Blackheath.

1. Almost being done with my work day

2. Having the next two days off 

1.  I got to meet some lovely ladies at a meetup in Birmingham today.
2.  I was able to talk to my brother for the first time in a couple weeks.  I caught him just before he left for a 24-hour surgical on-call shift...he's only a 3rd year medical student, I guess they break 'em in early 

1.  Getting up early to do laundry before shopping this afternoon.

2.  My sister in law and her daughter coming for Christmas...now I just have to convince my sister to come along too!

1.)  It's an absolutely GLORIOUS day here and the boys are outside playing with the puppy!

2.)  Da Bears  play today!   Time to make some good food and put the game on!

1. I managed to get to Tescos, roast a pumpkin, make some soup, roast the pumpkin seeds, and have the skeleton of a second soup ready to go for tomorrow.

2. I made someone giggle today.
