No travel for me...I'll be busy writing my dissertation all summer :(

However, I'm quite possibly going to Ireland for a holiday in October before I head back to the States, so yay for that!

I'm really excited for the summertime, my man and I spent some QT together this weekend and made some plans!

I am going home for my best friends wedding in June, then in July the boy and I are going to Tuscany to stay with a friend and her family who are renting a villa in Montepulciano (with a pool!), and we'll go to Rome and maybe Florence or Pisa...

Then in August we are going to Munich for another wedding! The reception is at the Pauliner brewery..really can't wait for that!

Its going to be a fabulous summmer, can't wait! Especially with this weather--yuk!

I just booked flights to Canada.  We're spending a week in Kelowna BC at my sister's cottage for some sun and water fun and then 10 days in my hometown with the family..   ::)

My BIL and family are coming to us for three weeks.  That will be great.

I'm headed back to the US for a couple of weeks. I have a wedding to go to in Baltimore and the BF is coming along to meet the family! Yikes! I just hope my mother keeps it in check!  :o   It should be a good time as he's never been to the US, so we'll go to Annapolis, DC, Baltimore, and possibly Gettysburg.

I plan to find as much fun and free stuff to do around Bristol as possible.  Hopefully fun, free, air conditioned things.  Then, if I have time, I'll pop out the kid in August.

We're hiring a self-catering cottage for a week in June and a long weekend in July, and another long weekend in a caravan in Oban.

Kelowna is beautiful!  Just my luck to be from Kamloops...

We're hoping for Ireland for August.  All of it... our holidays always involve hours of driving.

Me too. Bah.

Though we may try to get to Italy to see my brother and SIL who are going traveling. And we're going somewhere sunny in May (probably a greek island) - does May count as summer?  :)

We'll probably only have a few weekends camping in and around Cornwall, but no big travel.

The poor cousin but still has a charm all on its own.  Still in the mountains and you can't beat that!

I grew up  (well holidays anyway) in the Windermere valley - we sold our place last fall  :\\\'(

There is something about an okanogan holiday that you just can't get anywhere else. I haven't been there for years and I'm happy my kids will get to experience it.
