Pantsuit! I know it's irrational but I just hate that word.  And it seems like I've read it 9000 times in the last few days.

'Pantsuit' as in a ladies formal or business suit but with trousers/pants and not a skirt.

Example: Jennifer Lopez wearing a pantsuit

Gotcha, thanks.  Logical when you think about it, but I don't ever remember hearing the term before.  You learn something new every day.

I just finished a book, and while I liked the plot, I was about to scream at the number of times the author used the phrase 'How come...?' in the dialogue. AHHHH!

While I know that technically IS a pantsuit, having grown up in the 70's all I can envision is this:

*shudder*

AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!  Just the word makes me cringe but the actual picture is truly horrible.  I really can't stand the word or the garmit.  OMG. It's horrible.

Snazzy! I had a yellow and white polyester pantsuit in a large houndstooth pattern. Yup. My mother made it for me at my request!   :o

Tea is a meal as well as a drink!  Though I'd guess that is a northen phrase rather than a British phrase.

Not just northern - I've been using that phrase (eating tea) my whole life and I'm from the south west. In fact, I'm eating my tea right now (chicken, mashed potatoes, peas and sweetcorn) :P.
