I'm going for a walk

I walked home from work, 4 miles.

Nice!

I went for a walk to the postbox, just to spend 5 minutes out in the sun.  It was lovely.  Yesterday I hung out in the back garden with my kitty all afternoon. :)

I put my sunglasses on to go to the library!  I've missed my sunglasses.

I thought I could make you all jealous by our 84 degrees but you all are making me jealous with your activities. (Reading in the back garden-Meg and Springhaze)

Best I can do is go to Target for some new kaaki pants that are on sale and RX's.

Went for a walk with DD in the morning, then attempted (and somewhat succeeded) in making myself a crispy critter in the afternoon.

Went for a walk with DH & DD - DD insisted on walking around most of the village. Yay for little legs and "long walks"; early bedtime!  ;D

Spent the day in the yard, soaking up the very hot sun while the kids played in the sprinkler. Now it's dark and I'm going out with a beer to watch the thunderstorm across the valley.  :D

BF and I played putt-putt! I got a hole in one and won free tokens for the games inside, so then we played those for about an hour. I ended up with enough tickets from the games to get big foam dice, a heart shaped plastic slinky and a parachute man.  ;D

laundry-o-rama  [smiley=blank.gif]

I am still not used to the fact that it takes SO LONG to do a proper wash   :P

Yesterday was LOVELY, blue skies with big fluffy clouds - so I went to the shopping district and thought about buying summer clothes.  Instead I came home and pulled out the ones I had stored under the bed.  It's ALMOST like shopping   :)

I mowed part of the lawn.  Bleck.

Guinea pigs were on the grass in their run. Yay!  :) If only they could eat enough grass (and evenly) to trim the whole lawn.

Maybe you could get a couple sheep?  :D

Today it is gorgeous and I was really expecting rain all day!  My plan was to do lots of cooking and cleaning, but I may have to postpone that and take a nice walk along the canal instead!
