Bagel sandwiches

Mmmmm.

iced tea - not  a food per se, but I'm loving it!
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

Roasted peppers. We've been having them with dinner practically every night.

I love dark chocolate and my husband recently picked me up a bar of Green & Black's Dark Chocolate with Ginger. I'm now obsessed. Normally I like really dark (75%-85% dark) chocolate, but the spiciness of the ginger is just so tasty.

So my obsession:

Green & Black's Dark Chocolate with Ginger

Go try some!

My latest love is that Total brand 2% Greek Yoghurt - not completely naughty like full fat, but not tasteless like the 0% variety.  150g pot has around 100 calories (approx) so not too bad, until I put honey on it.  :-[

But even unsweetened, it tastes nice - a bit like cheese!  ;D

I finally tried that Total yoghurt that everyone's been raving about...and you're right, it's delicious.  I like to mix in a spoonful of wild blueberry preserve.  Also, I've been eating a lot of salmon lately.

Go full-fat. You'll never go back.  :P

Mine is even naughtier than that: Ben & Jerry's chocolate macadamia ice cream. It's heaven in a tub.

No, I've had the full fat as well & I agree it's delish, plus I've tried the 0% fat which was not good at all.  But if I'm trying to manage a bit reduced caloric intake, I find the 2% isn't a bad compromise.  :)

See I actually think the 0% is good! I mix it with a teaspoon of maple syrup just to give it a tiny bit of a lift....

I don't notice all that much difference between the 0% and the 2%, to be honest. So if I'm trying to behave myself, I'll just go for the 0%. But right now I am all about indulgence and happiness ... so full-fat is the only way to go!  ;D
