Dh only had to work a half day today so I went to the gym this morning at 8:45am for my brutal routine. thankfully the gym wasn't that busy today an I didn't have to wait to get on anything which is a plus. :)  [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]  the next morning after I have been to the gym I can really feel in my arms they are a bit sore but I was told that just means that I'm doing it right.  ;)  :)

Congrats on everyone's weight loss!!  Mrs Robinson to have a 2lbs weight loss after a 2 week vacation is brilliant!!  ;D  [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]  Dh & I are going on vacation in 21 days for 2 weeks I already know I'm going to put on probably at least 7lbs anything less than that would be fantastic!!  ;)  :)  we will be home for Thanksgiving & Our Anniversary that's why I'm pretty sure of how much weight I put on oh well that gives me a new goal for when we get back to the UK to lose the weight I put on!!  ;)  :)

Things have slowed down for me...I've lost 7 lbs in the past month and it's a bit of progress in the right direction.

Just still watching portion sizes and keeping my calorie intake to the limit I was given. I've eased up on the exercise part because I was finding that I was having problems keeping my food under control. So I've focused on watching what I eat and I'll add the exercise back in later. But diet alone has worked and so has reducing the stress that I've been under lately (thanks to my mom :) )

I tend to lose more weight through just dieting, as if I start exercising, I always feel hungrier and tend to eat more.  :-\\\\ I guess once you get down to a certain size, then exercising starts helping things along.

I can't just cut calories. I live for food too much!  ;)

I am hoping to get into some kinda schedule soon with exercise, but it seems kinda erratic still and only about 60% of what I did before!  :(

Whilst I don't recommend it as a diet, getting this nasty flu/cold/viral invasion and having absolutely no appetite has meant I lost 4 lbs this week.

Surprisingly the gym this morning wasn't as busy as it usually is on a Monday morning which was a good thing for me cause I didn't have to wait on on anything today.  ;D  [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]

Haven't been checking in here much but I'm now well-below my pre-pregnancy weight and have only about 10lbs until my goal weight!!  Those last 10lbs are the worst though...especially while battling holiday food!  My goal was to be at ideal weight before Christmas but I don't think I'll make that.  I don't mind too much...I'd just like to be there before the weather gets warmer (I can hide it under sweaters and jeans in the meantime!).

I'm at the point that none of my clothes fit but don't want to buy any new ones until I'm at goal weight.  That part of losing weight really sucks.

Congratulations on your weight loss, that's terrific! I'm struggling so much. Ugh.  :-X :-\\\\ :-[

So first day back exercising today and crunch yoga is kicking my ars*, got about 15 minutes in and couldn't go on any more! I did half an hour of wiifit cardio earlier so I'm calling it a day, I really want to make yoga a part of my life every day but I don't find it enjoyable or relaxing at all!

Bummer! I got told I should try yoga to help relax, so I hope it doesn't turn out to be a nuisance.

Congrats on doing cardio and yoga in one day, though, especially on your first day back at it.

Hey you...just be careful you don't pop the internal stitches! My GP wouldn't let me do any excercise for about 4 months after my surgery..please be careful!  ;)
