UK Visa Settlement Processing Time

Does anyone know how long it takes to get your documents back?
Please help!

Our's came the day after we got the email.  Something is wrong here - you need to contact someone about it.

I just thought I would put in (hopefully) some encouraging words for you all as I've been through the process myself so I can DEF relate!! My whole process took 46 days to get done (and mine was a straight forward case!) and I never got any contact to even say they received a package until I got a e-mail saying I was approved and it did take a few more days than 2 to get my package back as well. So hang in there and keep hope!! I'll be praying that you get it soon!!

Me too though ours is for a family visit visa but we on day 11 now love pads x

pads hope u get it soon... altho kind of would have thought urs would have gone a bit faster as its only for a visit anywho hubby told me calm down n someone else said it might b a pre-xmas rush of applications

The not knowing is a cause for insanity lol

Sad news pads.  She should get the refusal letter today/tomorrow as they use a courior.

Yeah, it was horrible! But I've been watching the progress over the last year for others and it has gone down substantially so I bet you will get yours waaaaayyy before! I just thought that it may calm you to know that others have been through it as well so not to panic if it takes yours a bit longer...Hopefully I didn't make you feel worse! I'm soo sorry if I did!!  I hate typing words! It's so hard to show emotion through them sometimes! But I know no matter how much someone says not to worry, your going to worry! I literally had to keep myself moving and busy so that I wouldn't sit there and torture myself! I hope that they don't keep you waiting too long and I hope you can enjoy your holidays! I'll be praying for a quick response!

awwww no hun cheer up u didnt make it worse actually its comforting to know ur not alone in a time that seems like the world is falling down on u lol i think the keeping busy part is not too good for me bcz i dont like going outside (house person) so i kinda have bought like 5 games on my Iphone one of which Salon Sally i completed the whole Luxury Edition in just 5 hrs i figure i cant keep cleaning the same things so y not play games n so it seems to b working some what  but thanx for being so supportive really helps
