Chicken Tikka Masala in the slow cooker with rice and naan (because I love carbs).

Woohoo!!! :) Glad to hear it.

DH is currently making chicken and veggie stir fry (with a batch of stir fry sauce I froze ;) ). We'll probably have it in wraps, because that's the way we roll... Get it??

..I'm tired.  :-[

We ended up ordering a pizza that came with chips. Odd combination, but that seems to be the way it works in these parts. I'll be glad when this packing and moving is finished so we quit using it as an excuse to order food or bounce into the chippy for lunch. We have been mostly naughty this week.

 Good luck!

I'm supposed to be making haddock and prawn keralan curry but I can be a bit funny about cooking fish so I'm dragging my heels on it.

Probably baked lemon garlic chicken breast, fully-loaded mashed potatoes and whatever else strikes my fancy.

I made fennel risotto loaded with wine and cheese. ;D Served with leftover rotisserie chicken with a marsala wine sauce and steamed broccoli. It was my first attempt at risotto and it was great! :)
