It was really good! :D I used this recipe, without the vegetarian subs:
http://www.waitrose.com/home/recipes/recipe_directory/f/fennel_risotto_with_dry_white_wine_and_garlic.html

I had leftover risotto today with some sauteed veggies. :)

Thanks for that! Will be making it in my near future!  ;D

Ribeye Steak with peppercorn sauce, Mashed potatoes and asparagus! HMMMMM!!!

Baked stuffed cod (New England Style), roasted root veg from the allotment ('neeps, carrots, parsnips, plus leeks) and cabbage - I can't wait!
I've never gotten food on my underpants!

I am craving bean soup, and it's early enough to put some on to soak for later :)

Sassy, PB always has enticing menus! :)

I'm doing ham & beans (with black eyed peas) and PW skillet cornbread - yum!

Chicken stew is happily bubbling away in the crock pot. We need something warming and hearty for this bitterly cold day.

As we were having lunch earlier, MIL told us we could have Chinese tonight if we want and she is buying. We're beginning to feel a bit like Hansel and Gretel, because it seems we've done nothing but eat or snack in the past week.  ::)

We had a roast round the in laws at 2 o'clock today, because we had to take FIL to the airport... So it will probably just be some toast later.

Takeaway pizza and chicken wings. And snuggles and movies! I still feel rubbish so the hubster is pandering to me.  ;)
