It was really good! :D I used this recipe, without the vegetarian subs:

I had leftover risotto today with some sauteed veggies. :)

Baked stuffed cod (New England Style), roasted root veg from the allotment ('neeps, carrots, parsnips, plus leeks) and cabbage - I can't wait!
I've never gotten food on my underpants!

Chinese sounds really good to me but were having it on Valentines Day so cant have it tonight so still not sure what I'm having. ::)  :P

We had a roast round the in laws at 2 o'clock today, because we had to take FIL to the airport... So it will probably just be some toast later.
Finally living with my Husband in London after 6 1/2 years together but apart... and loving my life!
