Yum! That is one of my 'first to do' things when we get back to the States. We both love their pizza.

We had roasted veggie lasagna. I am going to have to start making a double batch and freezing half so we can have it twice a week, as was suggested.  ;D

There's papa johns here in lots of places now, although I know you wont be in the Uk much longer!  :)

Chicken and black bean enchiladas and since the avocados have finally ripened, guac and chips!

I'll have to check and see if there is one anywhere near, just to tide me over. Thanks for the info! :)

After a big lunch of tacos, we ate lighter this evening. Hubby had soup, and I had a baked potato with cheese melted over it.

Made a slow roasted pork belly, had it with some sautéed spring cabbage and made a light potato salad from some fantastic skin on vivaldi potatoes, a small amount of LF mayo (less than a tablespoon for a big bowl, spring onions, white onions, garlic and some fantasticly hot jalapeno mustard (plus cayenne, salt/pepper).

Was really nice, especially the potato salad :)

The weather is so uninspiring I decided to stay in and cook.  I've made a yellow split pea curry and an Italian-style lentil and veggie stew.  Hubby can choose which he'll have tonight and he can supplement it with either diced turkey breast or venison burger(s).

Me too, Andee... making 2 meals so that he can choose which he wants when he gets in:  lemon & garlic chicken with potatoes, or chilli con carne.

We're having roasted veggie lasagna (we are obsessed) with garlic bread. We figured tonight should be somewhat healthy (not counting the garlic bread), because the next few days we are going to be naughty. With all the museums, tours and other things we plan to do, our eating schedule will be haphazard at best, so I see a lot of fast food and junk happening this week.
