Leftover trout pie. I'm not fancying it, but it needs eating and won't freeze well.

I'm doing home-made potstickers tonight!
The Chinese dumpling dough is store-bought from the Chinese market, but I'm doing a few different fillings, with various dipping sauces.

I LOVE potstickers! What time are you serving?  ;)

I'm making mozzarella potato cakes with tomato salsa and purple spouting broccoli.

If the chicken thaws out  :-\\\\ we'll have baked chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, and green bean casserole. I just decided to make deviled eggs too. Homemade butter pecan ice cream for dessert. I'm feeling very 'comfort food' today!  :)

I tried something new and made a thai rice noodle salad, with chilli, lemongrass, loads of lime, red chillies, some peanuts, red onions, spring onions and carrots, all sliced really thinly and I made a dressing from nam pla, lime juice,  sesame oil, 3 types of soy, garlic, palm sugar and rice wine and then marinated some steak in the left over dressing and flash seared it.

Was yum! light and zingy and really hot. :)
