A bowl of Special K. It's so hard to make myself cook in the heat!

Jealous as HECK! We did that all three evenings we were in London last month. The food and atmosphere was worth going all the way there even though our hotel was in the Docklands area. I especially loved the Thai & Japan stall. The food was amazing and the ladies were darling.

We actually live in the Docklands. :) We went to look at the goth stalls (not that we're goth, but we're into the heavy metal scene) which were awesome... But we said we're gonna go back soon just for the food. I actually ate at the Thai/Japanese stall! The food/people were lovely. Would love to be there now...

I loved the Docklands area too, but Camden just spoke to my soul. We're very into heavy metal, and my inner goth child still comes out to play quite often, and Camden is just the perfect place on Earth.  ;D The one lady at that stall kept handing us freebies of chicken to munch while the other was filling our dishes. I love that they give samples to entice people to eat, but she went above and beyond.  [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]

Tonight we are having chicken kievs and Campbell's pasta pack broccoli and cheese pasta. That is about all I have strength for, but better than last night. After our 20 mile walk, hubby only felt like noodles, and I had some Go Ahead crispy slices (my new addiction) and a pear.

I love it there, too. I wouldn't really want to live there though. I work in Camden, so I have struggled with the decision, but I would rather visit there and live out east. We're just happy out here. :)

Today, I planned ahead so that I wouldn't wimp out on cooking. I did a beef curry in the crockpot with loads of veggies in it, over steamed rice. It was wonderful... Only it wound up being cool enough to cook today anyway. ;)
