OK, now that you've explained it better it sounds much more healthy and substantial!

Lol! Yeah, I should have been more descriptive to begin with though! I was able to keep it meatless yesterday! YAY! But I have to confess, I sat there eating more veg going "Blah! I'm over this!!" haha! I'm learning to like the healthier stuff more though I think! 2 months ago, I NEVER would have accomplished this!  [smiley=2thumbsup.gif]

I think tonight I'm going to have to have chicken breast though! :)

Sounds quite tempting. Where does J fish? He always seems to bring something home for you.  :)

I'm making a cherry tomato barley butter bean salad thingy.

I roasted some chicken and potatoes, and we had some leftover bits from the BBQ on the side. I made lots of chicken so I can make chicken and gnocchi soup with some of the leftovers tomorrow, since it was soooo good yesterday! :)

That sounds nice to me too! Mmmm...
Yeah, he's pretty good at fishing- He used to never catch anything, but he got a much better rod, some better flys and a few casting lessons, now he's always got something. It's lovely fish too! He fishes in a loch somewhere out in the middle of nowhere Scotland, in the Caringorms maybe?

Haha PB!  The odd spacing and punctuation was because I was holding my wee one and trying to type.   ;D

Tonight it's going to be slowcooker rabbit soup with leeks, carrots and mushrooms with a side of rice cooked with broken up spaghetti and chicken broth. :)

We have been moving things from the flat to the new house all day. It's only a 3-5 minute walk, but those bits of walking really do add up!

YUM.

Tonight we are having DH's favourite slow cooker balsamic chicken and shallots with mash and roasted butternut squash. It's the 5 year anniversary of the day we met online.  [smiley=smitten.gif]

Yummmm! And happy anniversary! :D

I was supposed to make dinner reservations for today to use a groupon voucher that expires soon. But I forgot... So I don't know. Might try to convince DH to take me out anyway, to Thai Thai. :)
