That sounds yummy. I haven't found seasoning or popcorn salt here yet, but will keep an eye out.
Popcorn is yummy with this too - Aromat.  Or a sprinkle of parmesan cheese.  Mmmm!!

Steaks, Mash, and Roasted Broccoli.  Maybe a caprese starter if I'm not too lazy. It's a celebratory I finished a paper meal!

pearl barley risotto

Hehehe. It's really nice, pearl barley risotto, isn't it?  I love the earthy-hearty texture of it!

tuna melts, chips, and salad
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

Yep!  Here too (it's your recipe - heee).  After dithering & messing about all day, I'm taking the least ambitious option - it's become my go-to recipe.  Chicken, bacon, penne - this time with additions of leeks, mushrooms & broccoli.  ;D

YAY!  That's exactly what we are doing.  I'm tired, it's quick and it's good.  I ALWAYS add mushrooms though because I adore them.  But also, if I need to use up garlic, onions, leeks or quite a few things, I can easily add things to it.

Fish tacos, roasted veggies, jacket potato (leftover from yesterday)

We had our usual Friday meal of tinned salmon with M&S rice.
It's just nicer now that I cook it in the wok and add some olive
oil.
