We had chicken fajitas, and I made the fajita seasoning all by myself.  ;D Turned out perfectly, though it was enough for about 2 batches and used up a lot of my spices.  Might actually be cheaper to just buy the seasoning packets anyway...

Grilled cheese sandwich. Neither of us were hungry enough for the pasta dish I had planned.

Last night was some delicious chicken fajitas with chips and salsa on the side.

Today we are having a Sunday lunch of slow cooked brisket in gravy, homemade Yorkshire puddings, mashed potatoes, glazed Chantenay carrots and steamed Brussels sprouts.

If we are hungry at tea time, I may make a Mexican omelette with peppers, onions, salsa and Mexicana cheddar.  :)

This sounds amazingical.

I'm on deadline *again* so I figure I will reward myself with a pizza or a takeaway when I reach 2000 words.   :P

Nawlins Red Beans and Rice with salad, a baguette, and chocolate pudding cake for dessert (with squirty cream!).
When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

We had Sunday roast at the in laws. It was pork today, with roast potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, greens, and yorkies. Yum!
