Cauliflower cheese, garlic greens and carrots
You eat so healthy, PB! I wish I could commit to do the same. Also cauliflower cheese sounds heavenly right now, even though it's 9:30...

Pasta with chickpeas and spinach in tomato sauce.  Hubby's having steak and sauteed veggies with potato wedges.

I made a persian stew with dried limes, was really very nice, also made cauliflower rice to go with it.

Roast chicken, roast potatoes, roasted broccoli and cauliflower, and deviled eggs. I redeemed myself with this roast. I was out of practice. :-)

Last night we had chicken kievs, roast potatoes, yorkshire puddings (my first attempt, a success!) and broccoli, carrots, and kale all sauteed in a little butter. It was the perfect meal for a snowy day!

This sounds great to me!

I ran in, made myself a mushroom omelette, ate it, enjoyed and ran out the door again for my evening

It was wonderful. I have been wanting a repeat meal since! ;)

Last night we had veggie stir fry, chicken wings, and rice. Tonight we are going out to use a Groupon. We are either going to be celebrating the success of my first Overseas Trained Teacher Programme observation, or attempting to cheer me up.  :-X On the plus side, the Groupon is for filet mignon. :)
