Recipe please? I too love cheesy peas!!

They're making home made paneer on BBC2 right now on Indian Food Made Easy. I made it once and it was AMAZING. Dead easy too!

Sorry, PB - no recipe, as it was celebration takeaway leftovers from Mr MLG's B, A/A marks for two Masters courses.

Found cheesy spinach - does that help?

We had pancakes for breakfast - yay pancake day and going out for Italian tonight, as Mr MLG is off to The Netherlands tomorrow.

Pb, you can still catch 'Indian Cooking Made Easy' on BBC-iplayer and she makes paneer from scratch on the episode just before the current one, I think--check 'em all out and you'll definitely find it.

I think it's going to be easy very veggie chilli tonight at my house.

Last night I made a really yummy smokey chicken chili from the leftover roast chicken from Sunday night

Tonight was a vegetable-lentil casserole and I'm currently having a rare treat dessert-  a couple of Scottish style pancakes, eaten as you do around here, room temperature with butter and jam. Mmmm....

We've got Salmon for tonight. I'm not a big seafood lover (unless its lobstah and steamahs  ;) ) but with it being Ash Wednesday I picked some salmon up because chicklet and hubster enjoy it. I tend to like shelf fish more than fish...but our budget doesn't. May try to get some shrimp for Friday and make shrimp scampi. I'm trying to avoid and batter and fried stuff.
