Is that something that you could make yourself to save a little money or do they maybe add something special to help the alcohol freeze?
You could always try.. worst case, you have a really cold cocktail!  ;D

You have downplayed my laziness.  It’s hard enough to convince my husband and kids to go get my boozy popsicle so I don’t disturb the cat in my lap.  I feel asking them to make and deliver the popsicles would be pushing it a step too far.  ;D

Ouch!  I'm happy to hear Mrs. Jimbo is tough, but ouch!  Hope she heals quickly.  And what a fun story you can both remember your holiday by.

You came out of it unscathed?

Pure dumb luck means I came out OK but it was touch and go.  Thank God we didn't wreck the expensive email bikes, there was a €400 deposit on each one.

She's OK this morning, thanks for asking.

My car won't start.  Got the bus to get the baby to nursery.  He LOVED it.  We just missed the bus back (literally saw the back of it as we walked up) and so called a taxi to get the girl to club and me back home.  Now to figure out the car!  AGgghhh!!!

Ugh that is a sh*t way to start the week! Fingers crossed it's a quick fix (and inexpensive). If you need a battery charger to try that, let me know.

It's not the battery.  I suspect spark plugs or fuel injection issue.  I'm now a member of the RAC for £175 to include "I'm already broken down when joining" coverage.  Someone should be here in an hour.  <sigh>

It struggled to start about 6 weeks ago, really shuddered to fire up.  But haven't had an issue since.  What do you want to bet it'll start when the RAC get here?

It *is* the battery.  I figured it wasn't as there was power to everything, just not enough to start the car.  Dude is sourcing a new battery....  £240.  Ouch!

Wow, £240 for a battery?! Is it gold plated??

At least its an easy fix and you'll be up n running by the end of the day.

He said it's the auto-turn off function at traffic lights that drive the cost up.  Who knows.  My car is stuck in the garage.  I'm at their mercy.  LOL.

To be fair, it's a bargain compared to replacing the battery in my M5 - which was £1,000!  Fun car, but man it was expensive to run.

That's the worst PB! When they were fixing the masonry on our building they at least gave notice so we could work from home. :(
