Finished Neil Gaiman's Smoke and Mirrors, currently reading On the Road by Jack Kerouac. It's interesting, but, I can't...I dunno, "feel anything" for the lead character, because it's all just random thoughts and scenes. But, that's probably just me.

Finished Kerouac's On the Road on Monday. I'm glad I've read it, just to see what it's like. But, not one that I'll be going back to. Currently reading Ladies of Grace Adieu by Susanna Clarke. She also wrote Mr Strange and Dr Norrell. Totally love both!

I loved Jonathan Strange & Dr. Norrell, but I didn't think The Ladies of Grace Adieu was very good at all (though the cover was gorgeous!).

I'm reading a fluffy mystery - I like light reading at Christmas: Death at Wentwater Court, the first in the Daisy Dalrymple series.

I totally thought you were going to comment on the mix of books.   ;D

I might look into finding the sequel depending on how much I like the first book.

Wintersmith, Terry Prachett. DH has the most diverse in-home library ever! It's brilliant, I don't even have to go to Crewe library!

Espresso Tales by Alexander McCall Smith. It's the second book in the 44 Scotland Street series. I'm hooked!

The Count of Monte Cristo

I think I should head to the library after work if its open. I need something to read at home, too.  :)
