Update :

Supporting docs received back today.

They received them on Thursday, posted them back on Friday, and today I have received them back accompanied by a letter that copies have been taken.

It's a new week - fingers crossed we start to hear back about more decisions!

FWIW, my lawyer told me this morning that a few of her other applicants who submitted around the same time as I did are still waiting. Apparently, The Home Office sometimes do delay for a variety of internal reasons, so I’m hoping that we should hear something soon.

UPS just came and I was approved. Flying home tomorrow morning!

SyKy, hope you have received your tracking info (or maybe even your package, as I know others gotten it without ever receiving a tracking email).

And fingers still crossed for everyone else to receive responses this week.

I feel so drained.. This whole process is so stupid.. Like their is no proper website to at least track our application...

Do you think if previous couple of times visit to the UK, makes my issue of UK Visa easy?

Can i confess,, the first i went to the UK, I said the immigration officer.. " Purpose of my visit is to see the place"

Second time i Visted ,, " I said i got engaged and I am their in the UK to buy my wedding dress"

Both of these visits happened back to back with in a space of 15 days time in the year 2014.

But, I kinda lied the second time.. that i went for shopping my wedding gown.. Cos i was scared....

But the truth is I wanted to be with my husband... then lover...

I mentioned everything in my cover letter.. ( Not the part that i lied) but i just said.. we fell in love.. travelled countries to see each other.. Finally married in the year 2016 Dec..

Do you think that would effect my Visa issuance??

Also, I wanted to ask if any credit debts would effect my UK Visa issuance?? When i was working in UAE , I had couple of credit card debts.. which I am still trying to clear it.. being in the USA as a student..

Would that also be a reason for my rejection??

If any of the Documents that I provided are Color copies of Bank statements would that effect my application refusal??

P.S who is interested in reading my cover letter.. Seriously, i wrote my brief love story in their...   ;D ;D for real..

And another thing.. How many pictures have you guys added in your application as a proof ? ( I just did 5 ) ( 2 before wedding ) and ( 3 after wedding ) .. also made sure to mention all the Dates photo taken behind the picture...

I tried to download chat history and all, but i wasn't that successful. I just added some Skype history... But ( We added some old private emails -- I am sure the ECO is going to have some fun reading it.. , quite a cute love email.. from my husband back in 2013) ..

I am getting too many doubts as my days get more and more...

Hi everybody,
I'm curious about how long it takes between decision email and receiving your visa. Do you usually receive it the next day or within the week?
Also, although this might be premature as I haven't received an answer yet. On the spouse visa are we allowed to move from the address we provided them with? Or do we have to inform the home office that we've moved?

Thanks in advance :)

I did about 150 photos with dates, I don't think there was a minimum stated. I may have been a bit excessive. I was so worried that I wouldn't have enough proof so just went excessive on everything.
