cheers Kelks. Here's hoping they don't think its weird with October being formatted differently  :(

But we have a letter from nationwide stating all their authenticity as well as being stamped
Also send the letter with the stamped copy. It should be fine.

Just send whatever you had placed in the package originally.

You should be fine. You will need to try and do a zip file though. Cant be bigger than 5mb.

So we just sent 7 e-mails for all our documents.

Did anyone, who sent bulk e-mails get an automated reply to say they Sheffield had received all 7 as soon after they sent them?

We only got the automated reply for 2/7, but im not holding my breath for this one :)

You can send an email and ask for confirmation. A live person actually answers although it states that nobody checks the box.

Hello everyone,

So it turns out that my email DID get bounced back after all :( :(

I split the attachments up into 2 emails and they seemed to go through. I clearly labeled each email 1 of 2 and 2 of 2.

I got an automatic confirmation for the email 1 of 1 but not the other. Any thoughts on this?

Also, I am actually the sponsor and I sent the emails from my email address this time so that I can see what happens. The emails have the reference number in the subject line and also in the main body too. Are we confident that a real person checks the inbox and can make the connection?

My nerves are completely shot now thank God it's Friday. I really hope they received the second email.

Anyone have any thoughts or answers?

Alex

As soon as I tried to send the email I got an email in my inbox telling me that the attachment was too large. It was instant though.

The original files were 18MB and apparently they only accept 5mb at a time.

Did you resend the email that bounce back? You might have to split the 2nd email into 2.

Yes a real person check the box, if you send and ask for confirmation someone will respond.

Maybe try doing zip files or using an online program to make it smaller? Anything over 5mb will bounce back.
