Yeah,  x0Kiss0fDeath, my hubby is on and off furlough and we still think he has a high liklihood of redundancy, so all extra spending has been curbed. Hence why we're getting Tesco craft beer only. Did order this week a couple of cans of made up of Five Points Juicy Pale Ale, Camden Off Menu IPA,  and Northern Monk New World IPA.
Thankfully supermarket craft is so much better now than it used to be. I am thankful as well that i have a huge stockpile just now. Husband agreed i can order a Deya release that is named after an lyrics to one of my favourite musicians at the end of june but we are being extra cautious with money just now (glad i have been putting away a bit extra savings each month as well!) Fingers crossed for your hubby!

Last time I was in the US my cousin brought some pineapple tequila over and it was so good! I'd buy some, but a bottle of tequila would last me forever.

Oooo, do you remember the name?  I'd love to try it.  I love tequila.  I love pineapple.  I'd definitely give it a go!

Gonna try the weiss beer I brewed up this weekend, should be carbed. It's a 'quick brew' ,only 4 weeks from start to drink ,most beers take between 6-8 weeks before they're drinkable.

Have a west coast IPA fermenting now.

Albatross, looks like Ossett/Rat deliver up this way, so I think I might need to try that beer you're always raving about.   :)

I've just done a count and have over 100 beers and buying more. To be fair, it's between 2 of us. Does that make it better?

Albatross, looks like Ossett/Rat deliver up this way, so I think I might need to try that beer you're always raving about.   :)

Ossett Excelsior was my absolute favourite beer for many years!  Unfortunately, a couple of years ago they changed the recipe and I no longer rate it.  I assume they had lots of complaints about calling it by the same name when it wasn't the same beer (same thing happened to Brew Dog's Punk IPA, but they are too arrogant to admit its a lesser beer and wont change the name despite it being a very different taste), as they recently changed the name to Excelsius!  If you get an Ossett order, it's worth a try, but I don't like it, and would recommend Silver King instead.

If you get any Rat beers, it's got to be White Rat all the way for me.... super pale and dry and bitter-- so refreshing in hot weather.  Although by the time you order they may have canned King Rat, which is good also.

A guy from work is bringing me some champagne yeast and nutrient.... I'm getting ready for my very first try at making elderflower wine!  I'm using the River Cottage recipe -- any tips/advice welcomed!!
