For those adding email addresses to their safe list in hopes of not missing the all important email....my decision made email came from

Fhr2@home office.gov.uk
Subject line: spouse of a settled person

I was starting to question it's legitimacy but then my brp arrived lol

Ha-ha! Congratulations.

I've added that email address to my safe sender list too - the spam filtering on Hotmail/Outlook is a nightmare, so now I am prepared now for the emails to come in!

Decision email arrived a few minutes ago.

OMG - My heart-rate went through the roof, I couldn't even open the attached latter.

DECISION APPROVED!  :)


Many thanks to @ksand24 and @larrabee for the patience and support you have provided.

A massive relief, I feel like I have lost 10 stones in weight!

To those that are waiting, you will hear back soon, with Christmas round the corner, I'm sure HO are working hard to get as many cases processed.

No email (as far as we can tell. We'll look more tonight when my wife gets home) but this morning my wife's new BRP card turned up for FLR.

Docs uploaded 24 Aug
Biometrics on IDV: 16 Sep 20

Good luck to everyone else, especially those who applied back in March. Hopefully you get a response soon.

We had emailed FLRMvalidate@homeoffice.gov.uk around 10 days ago (replied to the UAN email) asking for an update, listing the number of days since application. I wonder if that made the difference.

BRP card received in the post today in a brown envelope, just posted through the letterbox.

All details are correct on it.

Do I have to cut the old one and send it back in the post to them?

I'm going to send it next week now.
