Hope it works out ok, JB!

My IA: Recruiters who waste my time jabbering away about their "amazing" opportunity that has nothing to do with what I want.

And recruiters who don't get back to me about positions I do want.

Supposed to be going to France tomorrow for a long weekend birthday trip (turning 30 on Sunday!), but the strikes are making me nervous and there are apparently no taxis running before 7am in my town because it's the school holidays. WTF is up with that?!

When I was 5 years old, my mother always told me that happiness was the key to life. When I went to school, they asked me what I wanted to be when I grew up. I wrote down ‘happy’. They told me I didn’t understand the assignment, and I told them they didn’t understand life. ~ John Lennon

It's official- our train within France has been cancelled due to strike action  :\\\'( Now on hold with Eurostar (as we bought our tickets straight through from them) to find out if we can get pre-booked on the train that IS running.

Ridiculously long job applications for basic jobs that have no business having a long application.

Every time I go to the periodontist, not only do they sonically blast my mouth and gouge my gums with ice picks, but she tells me that if things don't "improve" they will have to do surgery, skin grafts, etc. etc.
My neighbour who is a hygienist says a no. 5 in a pocket, especially wisdom teeth, is nothing to worry about.  So does this dentist just like terrifying patients or is she making plans on my generous dental insurance??  >:(

Good grief!  Maybe see another periodontist for a second opinion?  I am stressing about my teeth (and gums) today.  It is the one body part that worries me the most.  I hope it turns out that you don't have anything to worry about.

Well, I figure in another year or so I'll be retired so won't be able to afford the retiree insurance anyway. And heading back to the UK where the dentists won't bat an eye at my teeth/gums! But yeah, I hate teeth.

When the laundry comes out of the washer dirtier than when you put it in!  Our stupid machine harbors gunk somewhere and randomly releases it once every couple of months, despite the fact we clean it regularly!  >:(

Yep, I don't even want to think about the number of calories that I have consumed today.  Hope today is better for you Balmerhon.

Have you tried using soda crystals in a 95 degree wash?
