Sorry to hear that Jewlz. I hope everything works out for you.

My annoyances is that I still feel all stuffed up and my throat is still scratchy and sore and I have to get ready for work now.  >:( It's going to be a long day!

I have to phone the hospital tomorrow to try to get yet another emergency appointment this week while I'm off work. Sigh. Yes, ladies (and gents, what few of you there are!), it looks like I will be scheduling a surgery and that really bites considering I just started my new job and desperately don't want to take time off.  :-\\\\ :\\\'( Plus 3 - 4 weeks of daily clinic appointments to change packing and dressings, etc. doesn't sound like much fun.  :-[ I'm sure my new employers will be understanding, but it sucks to have to deal with this just as I'm getting started there.  >:(

That's totally el stinko. Hope it gets sorted quickly now.

Mine is that things are that things not sorting themselves as either quickly as they should or as they should - hope the effects of investigations aren't permanent. Because I would have rather not have that done to be like this.  :-\\\\

Sorry you still aren't well, either.  :\\\'(

Another IA: My consultant has left, so I will have to see a new one. I think I will slap someone if they try to aspirate it again, especially without a local.  [smiley=smash.gif] I just can't take that anymore. Four times is three times too many, it hurts like hell, especially the last two times, because they couldn't even get anything out, so it was excruciating and utterly pointless besides.  :-[ Hopefully he will just go on and schedule a surgery. I can't keep going on like this, it's been nearly 4 months that I've been dealing with this!  :o

I hate my washing machine!   >:(   Put a load of sheets in at 8:30am (on 40*) and three hours later it's still not done.  Even quickwash (which I usually use for smaller loads) takes a good hour.  By the time it's done all this lovely sunshine will be gone and I'll have to dry them draped over the radiators.  Grrr!!!

good luck Jewlz, I hope the new consultant is a good one.

This baby seems to be in no hurry, and it's getting rather uncomfortable (not to mention I'm bored out of my mind and really impatient!) tried the spicy curry, tried the long walks, I'm about to hire a cab to drive me around bumpy roads to see if that will help.

There was a thread about this a while back... someone said if you eat a whole fresh pineapple, that can set things off. Maybe it's worth a try?!  Hope the baby comes soon!  ;D

You'll probably produce a pineapple-scented baby though!  ;D

our neighbours!!!

To give you an idea of the set up, our house is directly behind our neighbours house, and  their house is directly beside our drive way. They are the most nosiest neighbours we've ever had to deal with. Everytime, we pull up in the drive way or pull out the drive way, they are opening their door looking out. If we are doing something with the car, he opens his door and stands there watching us. When I walk the dogs down the street he is standing outside his front door. When we are in our garden, we can see him peering out his upstairs window, and when he sees us catching him looking,he quickly ducks down.
Our bedroom window is directly opposite his upstairs window and we are soo tempted to put up a sign in our window for him to see.

my partner is at boiling point with it. We cant do anything at all without him watching us

Sorry to hear about the ongoing health issues Jewlz and MLG.   :(

Do you have a timer on your washing machine?  If you do could you set it so your washing finishes around the time you wake up?

Good conversation with a cousin on fb I haven't spoken to in years.  I offer to call her and she's too busy.  ::)  Not too busy to continue fb chatting though.

No timer.  But there's definitely something not right with it.  Repairman?   :(

Good luck with your neighbor Ink-Spirational!
