Two things you are happy about today/

BD, I hope it goes as smoothly as possible for you.

1. I had my first haircut in the UK today and it went very well!

2. Pretty much spent the whole day out of the house which is a nice change from being home the majority of the day waiting for DF to come home from work.

1.) Really nice weather in Surrey. You always have good weather in England :-P

2.) 2 days travelling, three days in office then a week off on hols

Fab weekend full of surprises - hello sun! Catch up with friends with brownies. 

Also meeting a mate today for lunch. Thankfully, I have today off. 

1. Quiet morning at work...everyone is in a good mood! (Thankfully!)

2. Looking for a new home to move to (we need something a little bit bigger than our tiny apartment!) and I think we found a gorgeous one that we will move into! 

Arrived back from US this morning...happy to be back on British soil!

On train from Manchester home to Glasgow. Can't wait to see HB, and glad to have an empty seat next to me after 6 cramped flights in 6 days.

I had a good time... much nicer than I'd anticipated... but the hot weather nearly did me in!

1. Another quiet day, which is nice for me because I'm feeling really exhausted and has a headache! So could do with a nice quiet day!

2. I brought in brownies to share at work this morning (you know the Ghirardelli double Chocolate brownie mix? I bought it at Costco over the weekend and made them yesterday!) Just heated one up and stuffed my face! I know 10:15am is a bit early for it, but it was divine with my morning coffee anyways! (I didn't get a chance to eat breakfast this morning, so that's how I'm justifying eating it! LOL!)

Haha! I didn't think so either! I ADORE the Ghiridelli (sp?) double chocolate brownies! I was one happy girl! 

1. Got the house we were hoping to rent! Yay! It's beautiful and I'm so excited! We move in on the 25th of next month!

2. Warmer weather. It's not sunny, but I'll take the 70 degree! 

1. Air conditioning. This heat and humidity is about to do me in. Never again will I whine about wearing socks and long pj bottoms in June... ever. I'd give much to have that at the moment.

2. I worked three days and then have two off. Not a bad deal. My niece and I started at a local hotel on Sunday, and they more or less let you pick what days you want off each week, if they can accomodate it.

1. This might sound weird, but I have always liked thunder and lightening storms and missed them...Today there's thunder (no lightening) and I must say I'm really enjoying it! There is just something soothing about it!

2. Coffee...I love coffee! 

1. I'm dropping the kids off today at my inlaws for the whole weekend while Jon and I go to a festi.

2. I have around 80 jello shots in my fridge at the moment.

It's going to be a fantastic weekend.
