;D Mine is 0.2 miles away!

But I'm not really a fan...I was trying to tell my colleagues about Dunkin' Donuts the other day!  YUMM!

I miss Dunkin Donuts. Chocolate donut with coconut. Nothing beats that. I have to tell my parents to bring some of those in June. I can't believe DD even slipped my mind there.

I never could  understand the Krispy Kreme thing.  I guess I just don't like donuts that much.

Anway, here are the things I am missing at the moment:

1.  Fresh Hatch green chiles, the kind you can buy at $10 a bushel and have them roasted in the front parking lot of grocery stores all over the southwest (AZ, NM, CO, TX)
2.  Dorothy Lynch dressing
3.  super-healthy brown rice, like I used to buy at the Pacific Mercantile company in Denver
4.  Denny's or Village Inn biscuits 'n' gravy
5.  Maple syrup
6.  cheap neon orange mac & cheese!!
7.  Dill pickles, the kind you can buy in a 1 gallon jar at Wal-Mart for a couple of bucks
8.  Jiffy corn bread mix
9.  Multi-grain saltine crackers
10. Pace medium salsa (in the gallon container!), or some fresh from Chope's in Mesilla, New Mexico!

Really? I have no problem finding it. Are you after a certain brand?

I find it here too but it isn't the same as the one you can get in the US and Canada.  I'm not sure what it is that is different but it is.

chilli powder here is just dried, ground, powdered chillies.

In the US  i think it has cumin, salt & other stuff mixed in.   Just mix your own the way you like it!  :),

9. Eastern shore white corn (for corn on the cob)

You mean proper 'sweet corn', not that stuff they call sweet corn over here.  :P
