@KFdancer

What do you think about my relationship proof? We’ve been in a defacto relationship for 4 years, married for 1 year 8 months, been apart since Jan 15th, 2018.

- marriage certificate
- photo of everyone at wedding
- boarding passes for flights over 4 years (not all, just a random selection of maybe 12)
- deed to the house we bought together
-bank statements over a year that have both our name on them (this was for the financial requirement, but I assume it counts towards relationship proof too)
- one random water bill (I found this in my old Aussie immigration folder and so I popped it in)
- acceptance letters of my spouse permanent residency visa of Australia (my husband is a dual citizen)

We communicate in person, we haven’t lived apart until this visa process. I assumed sending in proofs of chats were for people in long distance relationship. But now I wish I would have sent in more photos and samples of messages and affidavits from family members that said we were in a true and genuine relationship.
Met husband: April 2013

Documents sent: Feb. 2nd
UPS tracking: received Feb. 5th

It's hard to say.  I would have sent 2-3 items for each year you've lived together since it's only been a short while (tenancy or mortgage info, utility bills, tax returns).

You only need flight info and call/text info for the time you've been apart, not while you've been living together.

Hi guys,
Can someone please send the most recent timeline for priority visa? How long is it taking these days? A month?

Most who submitted in December are still waiting.  I would say a good two months.  Some are luckier than others.  Just now telling.

Have you already submitted the application? You could get lucky and get a fast decision, but it's impossible to predict those.

Priority from the US seems to be about 4-6 weeks at the moment.

No idea how long Tanzania applications are taking though as we don’t have any data for Tanzania (and settlement visas for there aren’t being shown on the UKVI processing times).

The two months people have been waiting is from the USA.  No idea about Tanzania, I'm afraid.  :)

We are applying online today! Lol so nervous. Then have to go for biometrics on 9th March and the embassy sends the documents to Sheffield, not me personally.
Apparently on the UK government website there are no settlement visa processing times for Tanzania 🤔 Maybe no one has married a brit recently lol. So i wonder how long it would take for a country with very low applications?

They’ll be processed by a team that has lots of applications, I’m sure.   ;)

If they haven’t asked for anything, there’s nothing to send.  The application will only be considered with the original information unless UKVI requests additional information.  Please try not to worry!
