So, now it is official, I received my visa. Thank you so much again for all your support and recommendations!!!

My visa vignette is valid from 1st of May till 31st of May. In the letter it’s written that my Brp will be available for collection from 8th of May. Is there any chance that I can pick it up earlier?

FANTASTIC!!!  Keep having your MP pursue your first application for you.  Especially as NOTHING has changed with your English language requirement proof.  I hope to hear you posting that you received a refund sometime in the future!

It's unlikely the BRP will be available earlier - but as Larabee said, it's worth a try.

Thank you so much again!!! I am so happy, now I have to pack, pick up the kitty and move to my husband to live long and happily :)))

Nothing changed in my English language, so even taking the risk of using the same IELTS for UKVI test certificate, we were approved.

For everyone, who had rejections previously, I would still recommend re-applying, instead of appealing, if you can afford it. The rejection really hurts emotionally and financially, but time together is much more precious.

I will travel to the UK in the mid-May. My husband is coming next weekend, so it would be useless traveling for me and will create more troubles with documents, taking into account the fact that i can't pick up my BRP earlier than 8th of May.

And seriously - don't drop the first application.  You deserve a refund.  Though I am happy that we convinced you to marry first.   ;D

I just had a breakdown in the middle of Walmart. I’m trying to stay positive and then something so stupid as not being able to find something on my grocery list because they haven’t restocked something.

I’m praying we hear something this week. I’m about to hit the treadmill and cry it out.

Ahh, soon you will be posting about having a breakdown in the grocery store here because it's all so foreign (seriously, check out the homesick threads).  It happens to EVERYONE.   ;)

HUGS!  You WILL get through this.

I already am homesick because I’m not with my husband. I know it’ll come when it comes but man I wish it would come sooner.

@KristieP2018 I can imagine how you feel. I had my own breakdown this weekend, even though the decision has been made, I was thinking what we are going to do if we are rejected. Wish you to hear something soon!
