It's a Dacia Duster... exactly what I'm currently driving, only newer and shinier!  And with cruise control!  ;D

Oh my gosh, I miss cruise control!  My car now is pretty basic, znd I'm not used to having to actually drive all the time.  I find my thumbs twitching, looking for the on-wheel buttons all the time.  I was so addicted to it on my old car (in the US).

I'm probably going to find the speed limiter more useful than the cruise... I've got a lead foot!

Have you guys been seeing the new adverts for Bakeoff?
I'm loving that daft wee hedgehog cake with the gummy teeth!  ;D

Um, no!  But now I'm going to look for it!  I mostly watch Netflix, Youtube, and Amazon.  Channel 4 for Handmaid's Tale about once every week or two.  So, not a lot of adverts.  But hedgehog cake with gummy teeth?  I've gotta see that!

Thanks!  I found it, but I should've just waited.  It wasn't easy searching.  They're all so sad!  But beautiful, of course.

How does that work?  Does it know what the speed limit actually is?

Nope.  You just hit a button to set your maximum speed.  Won't let you accelerate over that.  Great for motorway road works.

So a bit like cruise, but you don't have to cancel/reset.  You just drive as normal but it won't let you go too fast.

Woo hoo!  Was it a bit of a wash out?  Or were you somewhere sunny?

It did rain but it honestly wasn't unbearable. It was fine Friday night and Saturday night it was on and off with some drizzles (but we sat inside the front room of inlaws tent). It wasn't raining when we brushed our teeth and went back to the tent but at some point in the night it started raining and rained until maybe 9ish on Sunday but stopped long enough for us to get all packed back up (and we just left the tent out to dry in the orangery before properly packing it away). Faelynn didn't make a fuss at all in the night, which is what I was afraid of, so was pleased as punch. She was literally shattered yesterday and I think I'm getting ill because Friday night was FREEZING but Saturday night was boiling so my body isn't liking the sudden changes in temp mixed with rain.

They're showing a slightly different version now, and the hedgehog cake is sitting in a dark corner and he says 'don't look at me'.  [smiley=heart.gif]

Another stupid little thing that made me happier than it should've, but a rep for a lead brand messaged reached out to me on instagram and asked for additional photos of my dog because they think she'd make a good model/rep for their brand. Highly doubt anything will come of it, but I sent the photos so we'll see lol. If nothing happens nothing happens but if they want to chuck me a $40 rope lead for me to photograph, I certainly won't turn it down LOL
