UP: My little brother (who's been pretty angsty regarding me this trip) drew me a picture to take back with me.

IA: It's a very tooth-y/angry face. (No huge surprise there.) He also refused to hug me goodbye (which was a little surprising because I would think me leaving would be a happy event ;)).

UP: The littler brother is still super sweet and cuddly.

IA: Ouchie fingers. Very ouchie. And a tetanus shot to boot.  :\\\'( :\\\'( :\\\'(

UP: I am finally caught up with the washing (we've had a backlog originating from Christmas  :o). I also got to hang the washing up outside.  :)

IA: One of the towels blew off the line onto the mudpit of a yard we have at the moment.  Now I have to wash the stupid thing again and had to take the washing back inside because I don't want anything else to go the way of the towel.  ::)

IA: We couldn't find any sturdy closet pole brackets in Home Depot (so the closet isn't getting fixed anytime soon  :(

UP: We did have an amusing encounter with a sales person there who wanted to sell me "cabinent" refacing. Do you have "cabinents"? she asked. Huh?  ???

UP: I got some sleep last night, DD seems to be a bit better too, still not eating much and I had my British Passport interview passed today as well. I should get it next week  :)

IA: I came home from the interview (that DH had to switch his work schedule around for) and felt like I had been hit by a truck breaking every bone in my body...so it seems I got whatever DD has.  :\\\'(

UP: DH phoned work and told them he was going to be late by a few hours, gave me ibuprofen and sent me to bed till 1, by that time I was not feeling like I was going to die.

IA: he went to work shortly after and I still feel pretty cruddy. But it's his last week and he really can't just tell them to stuff it with so little time left.

UP: Did end up with 3 seats to myself on the flight back to London. :)

IA: The row in front of me was a mom and two kids, and she asked if her son could sleep in the 2 seats next to me. I'm a sucker, and couldn't say no. Still slept semi-OK anyway, and maybe the good travel karma will help me?

UP: My flatmate was home so I was able to drop stuff off and shower before going over to Legs Akimbo's flat to pick up my doggie.

IA: Am running on 4 hours' sleep and 1 cup of tea (courtesy of LA) and I am dragging.

UP: Meeting up with princesslemons and her friend for dinner, yay!

UP: Got myself a genius bar appointment at the Apple Store via walk-in.

IA: It was for the NYC store. Way to go, Apple Covent Garden. Now I'm waiting for a "standby" appointment on the off chance no one shows up for their scheduled one.

IA: Someone has defriended me on Facebook, but I don't know who!  I used to have 101 friends & now there are only 100...hmmmm, who doesn't like me?  As if?!  Hahahahaha.  :P (I think I may have figured it out.)

UP: I actually liked the tidiness of 100 better anyway - nice round number.  :D

UP: Went to Harley Street yesterday to sort out my never ending ear problems and I got a diagnosis that we will confirm this week. Im not going crazy which I was starting to think was the case.

IA: This is a lifelong disability that is going to make my life a little complicated :(

UP: Dh cleaned the house so I did not have to.

IA: We have two very different standards on what is 'clean'.  I'm going to be cleaning again next week in the mornings while he is at work.  :(

IA: I definitely have DD's tummy bug, I've not been able to eat anything (successfully at least) for 3 days now. Fluids are ok but food's completely out of the question. It just immediately comes out one end [smiley=puke.gif] or the other  :-[.

UP: I've lost 9lbs in 3 days. Just not a really good way of doing it though  :-\\\\

No fun! :( Hope you feel better soon, Weby...

IA: We decided that a trip to America this summer is now out of the question, as flight prices have been ridiculous. So no mommy visit. :(

UP: We have found some amazing deals for a week-long break in Naples. The city where we planned to have our belated honeymoon - 2 years late isn't so bad. :)
Finally living with my Husband in London after 6 1/2 years together but apart... and loving my life!

UP: It will only cost 160 euro to fly my cat back to the US from Dublin.

IA: We'll have to fly into JFK. I've never flown there and my parents have never driven there, so I'm already stressing out a bit about that.  :-\\\\

UP:  We finally got the offer for going to California from Dh's office and it was pretty much what we expected.

IA:  I was hoping it would either be too great not to miss or too bad to take.  Siince it is exactly what I thought, I'm now more confused than ever and dh says he doesn't care either way.  Grrrrrrr... he needs to have an opinion!
