IA: sister, BIL and niece all have swine flu

UP: they should all be better by the time we arrive for Xmas

Good of them to get that out of the way before you arrive!

IA:  another crap-ass day at work

UP:  reminds me just how wonderful staying at home & doing housework can be, by comparison

IA-I'm coming down with what the girls have.
UP-I was just getting my appetite back from the tummy bug a few weeks ago and it is gone again.  There are easier ways to loose weight but I'll take what I can get.   :P

IA: It's 3:30AM and I've only just finished my essay that is due tomorrow afternoon.  I already had most of it finished but for some reason it took me far too long to write the 1,000 words that I had left.

UP: At the rate I was going I'm surprised I finished my essay at all!

IA: I'm at Gatwick, waiting to go home. :( Also, I was paranoid about oversleeping (not sure why, since I had a ride to the airport who would've woken me up if I had), so I woke up about every 30-45min all night.

UP: Free wifi at Gatwick! Something tells me this is not thanks to Google, like the free wifi at Charlotte.

IA: I promptly kicked it over on the floor and it dumped everywhere

The Book People came to our work, here in the middle of nowhere!  ;D
I have an allowance of two cookbooks and I can't decide between them all. I think I may have to get the Williams-Sonoma slow cooker book (recommended by someone on here, though I can't remember who) and either Jamie Oliver's America or Delia's Christmas. Grrrr. I can't decide!  :)

UP: DH told me that he found the missing library book (the one I had feared we'd accidentally returned to the wrong library)...it was in his office.

IA: Why was it there?!  He had intended to return it at some point and forgot.  ::) :P  Thanks for causing me hours of worry, DH!
